A Letting Agency That Actually Visits the Flats

The business grew out of a complaint. One of our founders spent a fortnight in a rented flat that had been photographed with a very wide lens, cleaned badly and equipped with four forks, and could not reach anybody about it for three days. Everything we do is a reaction to that week: every property is inspected before it joins us and again twice a year, every photograph is taken with a standard lens, every listing states the real distance to the beach, and every guest has a local number that a person answers.

We work in four river-mouth towns because they suit families particularly well. The lagoon side gives shallow, warm, wave-free water where small children can swim safely and paddleboards can be used all day; the sea side gives surf, long walks and a proper beach. Both are within a few minutes of every property we let, which is why our summer bookings are dominated by families who return to the same flat year after year.

Owners get a service that is closer to property management than to listing: cleaning and linen, key handling, maintenance with our own technicians, inventory checks with photographs, licensing and tourist-tax filings, and a monthly statement. We manage rather than merely advertise, which is why we take on fewer properties than we are offered and why the same cleaners have worked with us for years.
